This wonderful collection of books have been instrumental in me finally being able to take charge of my own life. For the longest time my spirituality and health have been on the decline and I’ve struggled to keep up with all that’s truly important to me. In reading this book, I have once again been reminded of what life is really about, and what I am supposed to be and do. By applying these principles of chakra and kundalini, I have once again come in touch with the deepest part of me that really matters. I wish the same upon you, so wherever you are on your path, pick this book up along the way and let yourself me immersed in the wisdom therein. Needless to say, I recommend this book.
I am fairly new in my spiritual journey, but from what I've gathered so far this collection of material is in sync with the rest of my knowledge. I hate to scour the internet for hours so it's nice to have it all hyper-linked and displayed neatly for me. This book set takes a very comprehensive look at the healing power of Chakra.There are three books included in this one set and they all discuss healing. The first one in this set explains Reiki and the author does a very good job at giving the reader solid descriptions that are easy to understand. The second book talks about how to use Chakra to heal yourself and the final one discusses healing others.I found the books to be very informative and enlightening.
Chakra Healing is a well written guide that covers just about everything there is to know about Chakra. I love learning about the philosophy behind the energy in the body and universe.This guide educates and offers solutions that will help you better your health. This author writes smoothly and with knowledge. I highly recommend you read this book and let the author know what you gained!
I like the fact that the e-book is telling us how and why Chakra benefits our body. Maybe it is just me, but there are just some that could need further research to fully understand the Ayurveda practice of healing and balance. I sometimes practice color therapy in its simplest form but not to the depths of finding chakras, etc. I find this e-book good to read about perhaps to improve energy and well-being. The great thing about this e-book is that it provides activities and information on how to improve these factors. Overall impression is I like it but not really ecstatic about it.
The Chakra book alone is a great value but add the Kundalini and Reiki books as a set and now it’s a blockbuster. Easy to read and a great primer to the individual practices that together will have a massive positive impact on your life.
This chakra box set is a great set to read if you are trying to be as healthy and energetic as you can be. Even if you don't know much about the chakras this a great book to read. It explains all 7 chakras, what they do and how to heal them. This is a very informative book, it even includes different exercises to try to get you mind and body healthy.
This book set helped me a lot. I really love yoga, this chakra thing. I really understand all this. And I should say that I feel calm and comfortable.
