If I remembered I've added a review in which I say that BETFNE aids me in translating technical standards and workflows to paying clients in a way they can easily understand. I hope that Amazon pays the author $20, half the discounted $40 (from $50) price. I think since he wrote it on his own time, he ought be encourage to write more in the future.
